In a blog post today by Jeff Wettlaufer, the next version of Configuration Manager (formerly known as v.Next) was named Configuration Manager 2012.
And yes, Configuration Manager 2012 Beta 2 TAP nominations are open:
A pre Beta 2 build was used at the demos at the TechEd Europe 2010, but the version available for download is still Beta 1.
