I have used the lockdown period to brush my skills. I am happy to report that I have obtained the ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
I have attended the ITIL 3 Foundation course previously, I have also implemented Service Operation processes in verious projects and I found the ITIL 4 Foundation very much different. It is less prescriptive (the processes are not explained in details), but incorporating Agile and DevOps concepts.
