I have used the lockdown period to brush my skills. I am happy to report that I have obtained the ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
The ITIL 4 Foundation certification is offered by Axelos via PeopleCert. The exam is delivered online and can be taken from home. It consists in 40 questions in 60 minutes.
The best way to prepare for this exam is to participate to a training. I have attended a great online course at Kluger. Trainer was Alin Dumitrascu.
I have attended the ITIL 3 Foundation course previously, I have also implemented Service Operation processes in verious projects and I found the ITIL 4 Foundation very much different. It is less prescriptive (the processes are not explained in details), but incorporating Agile and DevOps concepts.
