On Friday it was the last day of the conference. I had the morning shift, and there was not too much activity at the hands-on labs. The MCTs were saying farewell and thank you to each other and to the organizers.
I managed to attend two sessions, one was with John Craddock on Advanced Active Directory Federation Services and Web Application Proxy Troubleshooting, and the other one was on Lessons Learned from a Customer Integrating a Custom Portal with the Azure Pack.
Outside, the attendees were enjoying the warm sun (24 degrees Celsius) and were preparing to leave back home.
I feel a bit sad, knowing this was the last TechEd. Next year, Microsoft is organizing a conference with a different name – Microsoft Ignite, on May 4-8, 2015 in Chicago. It’s not clear yet whether the event will be also organized in Europe.
So I want to say: Good bye TechEd, you have been kind to me!
This was my 15th attendance to TechEd.
